Finding inclusion & truth through tarot and art, with TarotDawn

Tarot Dawn’s art is inspired by Pamela Coleman Smith, the artist behind the Rider-Waite-Smith deck

Tarot Dawn aka Heidi Nickerson stops by to share her unique story of how tarot helped her transition from the Mormon church to find a more authentic belief system. Her history with the church goes back as far as Joseph Smith, but letting that legacy go led her to create a more inclusive spiritual community for herself and family. She uses her artistic gifts to help others know they are not alone on this human journey. Heidi is a talented singer, writer, painter and devoted wife and mother, who's kindness shines through in everything she does. Currently she is working on her own tarot deck, Yellow House Tarot. The cards have no people or animals so that the viewer becomes part of the scene. Heidi also shares some history about Pamela Coleman Smith, illustrator of the Rider-Waite tarot, and why we should really call it the Pamela Coleman Smith tarot--you know how dudes like to take credit for everything.
I also talk a little Cosmos News. Come on Libra season let's have some kind words and heal some relationships before Scorpio season kicks us into more eclipse chaos!
